Holding On

| May 5, 2011 | 3 Comments

When you look at your life and see things that haven’t changed a bit even though you tried to change them many times, what do you do? probably judge yourself. It is the easiest way to solidify the problem, the fastest way to stop the energy flow, the most cruel way to treat yourself. Instead of judging you could start asking questions. First of all you need to find the value of holding onto this stuff. The first reaction is usually: “NO value, I don’t want this!” If it’s still there for all those years, there IS value-hidden, unconscious, sneaky value that holds us captive…

You can ask this question for everything: “What’s the value of holding onto everything I would like to get rid of?”
“What’s the value of not receiving/refusing receiving?” (for money problems, remember, it’s not about money, it’s about you not being able to receive)
“What’s the value of staying sick?”
“What’s the value of not being successful?” etc.
Then “Everything this is I destroy and uncreate times a gazillion-POC and POD”
POC-Point of Creation of this limitation
POD-Point of Destruction of you because of this limitation
This will clear the energy of the limitation.

You can also add “Who does this belong to?” on top of it.

And then stop running the story in your head.

Have fun playing with “What’s the value?”

I do accept as true with all the concepts you have presented to your post. They are very convincing and will definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are very quick for novices. May just you please extend them a little from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.

My compliments and appreciation for your blog and site! (reading lots of info here). A year ago I went to an Access Right Voice for You class and it had a major impact on me. My fear of speaking in public is almost gone and in groups I feel so at ease with speaking I almost forget it was ever a problem. This all happend in just one day!! Since then a lot is shifting and I’m often much happier and lighter and aware of all kinds of things (almost a psychic:-)) Living in the question is my topic now and it’s hard work sometimes but your blog helps me a lot! Thanks so much for sharing.
